Self love is an important ingredient, That will eliminate the redundant. So focus on yourself, And let the light engulf your pure self. Eliminate negativity, Free yourself from captivity.   The Birth Of An Alternate Reality  Covid-19 has affected each individual's life in some way or the other...extreme for some, milder for some others. Covid-19 has led to the imposition of certain sanitary and hygienic habits which although fundamental to our well-being and health were either completely or partially ignored by most of us.  We have, over the past few months, normalised and internalised hygienic habits like washing and sanitising our hands frequently, disinfecting our homes, being aware and cautious of the surfaces and things that we come in contact with outside the home, etc. The strict lockdown conditions have imposed "work from home" and "study from home" on a very serious note. Social distancing has become a mandate in order to prevent the spread of the virus.   THE 3'Es OF LIFE Everyone knows about the three R's Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. You must be wondering that what on earth are the 3 E's. Don't worry ! You will discover it soon :) The 3 E's are  Embrace ,  Enable  and  Enhance ! These are the three golden words every individual must permanently carve on their soul . Now, you must be thinking that why these words are specifically chosen. I'll explain it to you in simple but fruitful words. UNGUARDED Being a girl makes me feel disregarded, As I am highly left unguarded. Where I am asked how to dress, Leaving me full of distress. I am asked to adjust, In a world with men full of lust. I am viewed as an object of sex, Which makes me reflect upon my self. My soul feels the tremendous  effects, Caused due to mindsets with cumulative defects. My society is ruled by patriarchy , Causing an extreme anarchy . When the laws of my safety are not legitimized, I feel highly victimized. They say act like a girl, Talk like a girl, Behave like a girl, Well, I say, lets act like girls, Lets fight like girls, Lets get fearless, Lets be tearless, Let's grow strong, And prove them all wrong.
